We ship our products to most countries in the world. Our shipping policy is very flexible and negotiable, as we always try our best to satisfy the specific shipping requirement from customers.
By default, we offer the free shipping to the following countries: United States, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Russia, Isreal, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Norway, Germany, Brazil, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, NewZealand, Italy, Lunenburg, Netherland, Portland, Sweden, Turkey, Hungary, Danmark, Switchland, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Mexico, Hongkong, Spain, Greece, and Japan.
By free shipping, it usually takes around 10 – 15 days to reach your address.
However, the delivery might take a bit longer of 15 – 25 days to reach your hands in some situations, e.g holiday sales, promotion days or remote areas, etc.
If your country is not in our free lists, we might charge a small shipping fee. The delivery usually takes around 20 days to reach most of our customers.
If you would like quicker delivery, we also have the Express delivery service. Please do contact us in advance or leave us a message during the checkout. Otherwise, we just assume your order can be shipped with our default carrier.
Customers will pay the postage for the Express delivery.
All orders delivery progress can be tracked online. The tracking number is available upon customers request.
By default, we only ship the order to the confirmed address with Paypal. If you have a different shipping address, please clearly notify us during the checkout or message us after order.
If the package is lost on the way or the product damaged during the delivery, we will resend the same one for free.
We always do our best to get the package cleared from the custom. However, we are not responsible for the customs fees or tax if incurred. Out of our experience, most such problems can be solved by communication. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us for similar things happened. We always put our customers’ benefit as the top priority.
